Orders

An order is confirmed when you complete checkout, or when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. Every piece is handcrafted and many are one-of-a-kind — if an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you to refund or replace it.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). You can pay cash on delivery. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Delivery

Delivery charges are shown at checkout (৳80 inside Dhaka city, ৳150 outside). Paid orders are handed to the courier within 48 hours and delivered within 5 days inside Dhaka or 10 days elsewhere in Bangladesh; we will keep you updated by SMS and WhatsApp.

Returns & exchanges

Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery for exchanges. As each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, print and weave are natural and are not considered defects. Full terms, including refund timelines, are in our Return & Refund Policy.
