Encrypted connections

Every page of this store — including checkout — is served over HTTPS, so everything you send us travels encrypted (TLS) between your device and our servers.

Payment security

Online payments are processed by a licensed Bangladeshi payment gateway on its own secure pages. Your card or mobile-wallet details are entered there, never on our site, and never touch or get stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

How your data is stored

Order and customer information lives in an access-controlled database on managed cloud infrastructure, reachable only by the store application and store staff. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your order — as the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025 requires — and we never sell your information.

Account & order protection

Looking up your orders requires verifying your phone number with a one-time code sent by SMS, so only you can see your order history and delivery details.

If something goes wrong

In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will inform affected customers and notify the authorities as required under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025.
