Privacy Policy
অন্দর (Ondor) collects only what is needed to deliver your order and run the store. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, and the rights you have over it — including your rights under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and — if you choose to share it — your email address. Your phone number identifies your orders. If you subscribe to our letters, we keep your email for that purpose. We also keep a record of your orders and payments (never your card or wallet credentials).
Why we collect it, and your consent
We process this information to fulfil the order you placed: to deliver it, to contact you about it (by SMS, phone, or WhatsApp), and to handle returns, refunds, and warranty issues. We send marketing letters only to people who subscribed, and you can unsubscribe — withdraw that consent — at any time. We never sell your information, and we never use it for purposes you haven't been told about.
Where it is stored and how it is processed
Your information is stored in an access-controlled database on managed cloud infrastructure and is processed by the store's own systems solely to run your orders. Access is limited to store staff who need it to serve you. Details of the safeguards are on our data security page.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make your order work, and only what each needs: our delivery partners receive your name, phone number, and address to deliver your parcel; our SMS provider receives your phone number to send order updates; and our licensed payment gateway processes your payment on its own secure pages — your card or mobile-wallet details never touch our servers. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of essential cookies — to keep your cart, remember your sign-in, and complete checkout. They are necessary for the store to function and are not used to track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to serve you (returns, exchanges, warranty) and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, and no longer.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025 you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted where we no longer need it, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To exercise any of these, message us via the contact page — we act on requests promptly and without charge.
